By accessing and using Tradio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Tradio is a cloud-based field service management platform that provides CRM, scheduling, invoicing, and business management tools for home service businesses.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Tradio offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. Prices are listed on our pricing page. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
5. Free Trial
New accounts receive a free trial period. No credit card is required during the trial. At the end of the trial, access is suspended until a paid plan is selected.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Tradio. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes. You may export or delete your data at any time.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tradio is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
